Ingredients
- 2 oz bourbon
- 1/2 oz Campari
- 1 oz fresh grapefruit juice
- 3/4 oz honey syrup (honey and water mixed in 1:1 ratio)
Directions
Shake ingredients vigorously and serve in a rocks glass. Add a splash of sparkling wine. Garnish with a flamed orange rind (hold a flame to an orange peel for a few seconds until it flashes).
