Ingredients
- 6 vine-ripened tomato
- 2 poblano chili peppers
- 1/2 red onion
- 2 jalapeño peppers
- 1/3 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
Directions
Roast the poblano chilies on a grill or BBQ and let cool.
Dice the tomatoes, poblano chilies, onion, and jalapeños.
Combine all the ingredients and season to taste.
